Beautifully put! Your essay perfectly captures the essence of karma – our choices have profound effects, impacting ourselves and the world. It's a powerful call to move beyond competition and consumption towards a generous life. Thank you for this vital message!

Perfecto.

~

I realized that this self,

that I had served for so long,

was an illusion.

~

Yes, everyone told me that since I was young,

but words are not the thing,

so it took quite a bit of time.

~

Imperfectly, now, I serve this world and it's people.

My reward for doing the only reasonble thing,

is to live in grace.

Not an easy word to chew.

~

Another way to put it,

I am free, now, to agressivly love everyone.

(not to flirt againt the will of a nice lady writer,

of course, in case you are reading this, jerk man)

They flee, or hate, or love me back.

I feel the hate like warm sunshine.

And the love like cool water.

And the running away,

keeps it pretty quiet.

~

Try it out!

The self is always a tyrant anyway.

I agree with everything you say. I do believe in karma. This message arrives as my husband and I are thinking of moving to Paris. Perfect timing. Thank you!

re Karma

~

Some people do seem to track themselves subconciosly.

They do a nasty thing, and thier subcous has them leave

the purse at the bus station. That kind of thing.

Some do not. Scociopaths are actually pretty common.

~

But a lower layer exists.

We are not seperate beings.

We just act like it.

When we bring sadness to another person,

in that very act, we bring it to ourselves.

~

Lastly, every time we act in the world,

we build who we are.

And who we are changes the world we see.

I call this, the Karmic Wake.

It follows you, because it is you.

Sir, most Americans aren't living the Jones, life. Impossible to try to keep up. It's a thing though. Lil, Mc Mansions.

The utilities alone are astronomical.

I have friends I heard.
